A project in response to a university task focusing on Joan Gibbons book, Contemporary Art and Memory (2007). Inspired by traditional methods of resist dyeing such as Japanese Shibori and textile artists such as Louise Bourgeois and Erin Riley.
The collection acts as an archive of objects around me at the time of creating the work.
